    Last October RC had scheduled buses for various destinations. We got a bus to the Bologna train station and then the airport train to BLQ.

    Recently took a cruise out of Bayonne to Bermuda and used Birth certificate and driver's license. We have B2B Bayonne to Quebec City. And then the return. Can we use the birth certificate on these cruises?

    We have a question. Staying at a place next to the McDonald's. It shows that the Royal Caribbean bus leaves from a block away. Is this easily walkable with luggage? Also, can you bring water or other nonalcoholic beverages on in Civitavechia?

    I agree, as well as many as cruiser's we have met the same as you with the exception of the not enforced dress code. Yes they should enforce the rules, but they don't want to be bothered. They are making cuts to increase their bottom line and know that a certain amount of customers will walk. I'm close to that point.

    In light of the news of an outbreak of COVID and Norovirus from the Summit May 15 sailing what are the current procedures in the buffet and other areas on the ship?

    I'm tipping the waiter and assistant waiter. In the specialty restaurant i am also tipping the waiter and his assistant. In my book that is paying twice. If my $35 daily gratuities are pooled it should cover the service there also.

    I don't like that they add 18 percent on the bill for gratuities. Isn't it double dipping in that we already pay $35 per day?

    Question for you. We are on Summit on Sunday to Bermuda for a week. The three days in Bermuda, will the MDR be open for breakfast and lunch?

    Going to bevin Bermuda for three days. Thinking of taking a scenic bus ride from Port. Can someone give me advice as to what route to take, where it goes, cost, frequency, where to get the bus. Thanks

    I have been wondering this for some time. We sail mostly RC and Celebrity and have a comfort level on these ships. Please compare to MCS.

    The policy used to be that you could get off earlier. Some ports wouldn't be allowed due to customs set up. I also know that they at times would charge a fee to do this. I would check with cruise line and then confirm it prior to making plans

    I agree with you, very frustrating that they fill the bottles with the sign right in front of them. The staff will not say a word.

    Where can you buy cans of water? I don't remember seeing it on the shelves of supermarkets.

    If you think about it, Venezia was not in operation during covid and then it was sidelined and moved from Costa to Carnival. So, in essence you can take about three years off its age. Hence very few people have sailed on her its a new ship.
