  1. That is an excellent question. If I remember correctly the standard martini glasses at the Martini Bar are larger than the ones at the other bars, or at least that was our experience. So I would be surprised if you could not get the Apple Martini shown on the Elite Happy Hour drink list at the Martini Bar but in a smaller glass. Maybe someone who is Elite / Elite + sailing now could let us know.
  2. Correct. You cannot DM anyone on CC.
  3. Still works the same way tag them. If they have Notification turned on in their profile it will appear when they log in.
  4. Was it for the whole ship or just the Retreat guest? Can't recall them ever doing that before.
  5. Can anyone verify the size of the bottle of alcohol? I seem to recall hearing it was more like 350ml vs 750ml or 1 L.
  6. Thanks. We will check that out. Been years since we stayed at a Hyatt hotel.
  7. Day 4, I love the Seafood Veloute, have been known to have two bowls. I usually have a hard time deciding between the Seared Black Bass and the Roasted Lamb. For us it is usually Day 5's menu that we are not fond of. The Citrus and Chili Braised Short Ribs are not bad but I can take them or leave them. However, it sounds like the menu I am seeing in the App for our April Millennium sailing is a day off from the one you are being served.
  8. We have sailed out of Ft Lauderdale multiple times and most frequently stay at the Renaissance Hotel on 17th Street. We've had issues being able to check in early. The only two non-stop flights for us arrive at 11:30 AM or. 8:15 PM and we do not like getting in that late in the day. Our next cruise out of FLL is in February and once again we are arriving on the 11:30 AM flight and will go directly to the hotel and if our room is, as usual, not ready we plan to drop our bags with the bell desk and walk over to The Boatyard for a leisurely lunch. Our next cruise out of FLL is in April and for a change of pace I have booked us at the Embassy Suites on 17th street and was wondering if anyone had any experience and or comments to share regarding this venu? Also interested in any quality restaurants nearby as an alternative to The Boatyard.
  9. We are just the opposite. We book suites just so we can dine in CK. The only time we eat more than once in a specialty restaurant on a cruise is lunch in Izumi. Our last B2B (14 days total) on Quantum we ate a total three times at Izumi and once in Jamie's.
  10. I also order mine without sauce. But I still want two slices of English muffin. I also add a side item of either English or Canadian bacon or corn beef hash. My biggest disappointment in the eggs Benedict on cruise ship is the Canadian bacon is so thin. In a a perfect world, I would gladly replace the Canadian bacon with a nice slice of country ham.
  11. Of course, as always, Celebrity reserves the right to substitute due to availability issues. Full disclosure, I have never ordered a beer during Elite Happy Hour but have seen a lot of Heinekin and Bud Lite consumed. I usually have a red wine or vodka tonic.
  12. Very nicely done. Wish I knew what a couple of them were so I could make sure to order them. We are looking forward to sailing on Milli in April. First time on M-Class.
  13. For free under the Captains Club Elite program - yes.
  14. This was my understanding as well. Only full service free drinks during Happy Hour.
  15. My wife orders this for almost every dinner. She does not eat the onions, cheese, or bread. She just consumes the broth.
  16. Depends on which ship. On the Oasis and Quantum class you get access to the Suite / Concierge Lounge and Coastal Kitchen.
  17. The Oasis class is different than the Quantum class. We sailed on Quantum this past August and September and drinks were served only during happy hour in the suite lounge. It was a full drink service -- enjoyed everything from my wife's Tanqueray 10 and Cranberry to my long island ice teas. Guess I'll find out for sure when we sail on Harmony in February. Hoping you are correct and I'd much prefer a mid-day Kettle One and diet tonic than a cold beer.
  18. You can pre-purchase the water package and have it waiting for you in your room. That's what we usually do as we consume a lot of hot tea in our room. I also drink a lot of water anway.
  19. Thanks. Have not sailed on a ship using that terminal before and was curious.
  20. I thought it was beer, wine, and soda only, with mixed drinks only available during Happy Hour?
  21. Someone whispered in my ear that an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K will be delivered tomorrow.
  22. Eggs benedict are on the breakfast menu in the main dining room. No need to go to the Ocean View Cafe for that.
  23. Would you care to expand on how it was "less than desirable?" "Input, need more input". - Johnny Five
  24. That was my understanding as well, only free for Elite +
