DougH Posted February 14, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2018 I've done the UST on the Grand Princess but am considering doing it again on my upcoming Regal Princess cruise. I've sailed on the Regal several times already and know the ship itself is significantly different than the Grand. Do you think below decks are different enough to justify another UST? I've taken the UST on the Caribbean, Regal, and the Royal. I most likely will take it on all future Princess cruises even on the same ships as I enjoy it. I also enjoyed the Chef's Table and will sign up for that again Howard

I've sailed on the Regal several times already and know the ship itself is significantly different than the Grand. Do you think below decks are different enough to justify another UST? I would think so, just based on the age and size difference. We’ve only done one - on the Regal - when she first hit the seas in the Caribbean, fall of 2014. Thoroughly enjoyed it, particularly the galley/kitchen, the medical center and the print shop/area. DH loved the engine room, the bridge.....we’d consider doing it again. floridalover5623 Posted February 15, 2018 #7 Share Posted February 15, 2018 It seems like a big waste of money but if you've got it & don't know where else to spend it, why not?
chengkp75 Posted February 15, 2018 #8 Share Posted February 15, 2018 I wouldn't say that the ships vary be an appreciable amount, that would be noticeable on a tour. To me, the reason to take more than one would be to get different perspectives from different department heads, and different answers to different questions asked on the various tours.
