Sabatinis menu was tired, and an American view of what an Italian restaurant might be like . Not genuinely like. Viz: Since when has New York Cheesecake been a traditional Italian desert ?

Does it have a Graham Cracker crust? Then is ISN'T New York Cheesecake -- it's that misbegotten thing they serve outside NY. New York Cheesecake has a pastry crust.

I saw the announcement and welcome it. We received an email from Princess this morning outlining what the changes are. We like to eat in Sabatini's at least one night of the cruise and prefer it over the CG. It will be nice to have a better menu and from what I have seen it looks like we will not be disappointed. Unfortunately our next three cruises are on the Ruby so no Sabatini's for us. :(:(
