spidybabe Posted January 28, 2018 #77 Share Posted January 28, 2018 (edited) Hi Spidybabe, Thanks for the info, have a couple of questions if you would be so kind. I understand we need to send URCOMPED copies of our offers from other cruise lines. Would a balcony offer on NCL or RCCL, for example, typically equal a balcony on MSC? Based on the $2.50/point, do you know approximately how many points MSC requires to comp an inside, oceanview, and balcony? Thank you. We had a certificate for a comped inside for an NCL cruise. We received an inside Bella cabin on the Divina (fair) and got upgraded to a wellness (large balcony). Without reaching 9999 points we were given certificate for free ov cabin based on table play. Thru urcomped/MSC we got ov on seaside, which got upgraded to auera balcony. Too great deals for free!! And we still have certificate for OV to use, and MSC invited us on a cruise with casino executives. We have only had positive experiences with URCOMPED and MSC casino staff Safe sailing Edited January 28, 2018 by spidybabe
johnny75 Posted January 29, 2018 #78 Share Posted January 29, 2018 Can you confirm what I have seen on these boards previously, are there no craps tables on MSC ships? (at least the one/one's you have been on). Thank you I will do my one upcoming cruise on the Seaside. The deliberate omission of a craps table on a USA based ship is ridiculous. Get smart MSC. You will make your casino players very disappointed. Sent from my iPad using Forums

luvcruzing Posted March 22, 2018 #83 Share Posted March 22, 2018 Does anyone know if four- or multi-card keno is available on any Carnival ship, or any line besides NCL? After 18 NCL cruises through Casinos at Sea, we decided to sail on Carnival Glory last month for a change of scenery - different line, different ports. However, I was disappointed that only one-card Keno and Cleopatra were available (not my games) even though the Super King machines had a picture of four-card keno on the front, indicating it was available. I brought this up to one of the slot attendants and then the casino manager and received a blank stare both times, no response. Additionally, we each had over 5,000 points (not easy for me since I couldn’t find a game I enjoyed), but no offer when we disembarked and nothing since. I have registered with URcomped (thank you to all who posted this info) but I have no free cruise offers to submit since I just call CAS to book my cruises. I am sailing on the NCL Getaway next month, and I’m ready to book my next cruise and am seriously considering another line, but I will not consider any cruise line that does not offer at least four-card keno, if not multi. Thank you for any information on the keno issue and on how to get a comped cruise on another line without first sailing on one to get rated. gkbiiii Posted March 22, 2018 #84 Share Posted March 22, 2018 If you have any land based offers, I would post them to your URComped account and they will help you qualify for a cruise, on various lines.
dznymom Posted March 26, 2018 #85 Share Posted March 26, 2018 For anyone considering an MSC cruise, I just returned from the Seaside on an offer from Mohegan Sun. It was marvelous and the casino staff treated us well. The casino was smaller & more crowded than I am unaccustomed to on NCL, but it was fun. I got the 30% off offer with some free play for my next cruise, but was even happier when I got home and had an invitation to pick up another certificate from Mohegan Sun. I can confirm that my cruise was completely free other than what I spent onboard.
pcakes122 Posted March 26, 2018 #86 Share Posted March 26, 2018 I was talking to the Casino Host on the Allure last week and she mentioned that Royal is looking to go to a system like this soon. Guess they are letting their sister company try it first to see how it works. Just got some info on the new Club Royale tier levels. Rep said that the program info should be released sometime this week. Based on your points earned between July 1, 2016 and December 31, 2017, you will initially be assigned one of the following player tier levels: Select 0-2,499 points (sorry not sure of perks) Premier 2,500 - 24,999 points - Includes drink card, waive 5% cash fee, internet + other discounts Signature 25,000 - 99,999 points - All above plus one device unlimited internet + higher discounts Master 100,000+ points - All above plus two device internet, higher discounts & suite lounge There are more perks to come (hopefully!), but this is all the info the rep I spoke with had. SRF Posted March 28, 2018 #89 Share Posted March 28, 2018 does anyone know how they figure out the points you earn when playing blackjack on RCCL i know its avg bet and hours played but was wondering how they figure the points out THANKS If you want to earn points, BJ is not the way to do it. But one trick is, cash out each time you stop. You earn points with your buy in also. So if you buy $100, and play, you get points for the buy in and the play. If you just hold your chips, and come play later, you get points for the play only. If you cash you, then buy in with that money the next time, you get more points for the buy in.
