Have buyers remorse that I didn't go through the hassle of canceling and rebooking (all dinner reservations etc already made) when the choose 2 promos became available -- I'm not much of a drinker but "home" could change that

I'm in AST and your time is bang on. It's been a while since I've cruised, but I thought they usually operated on the time of the departing port, but I could be wrong. It's been a few years.

In general, NCL ships match the time of the ports they are visiting.
