Hi all

Crown Princess!

Can I get out of a pool ? not ladders! Thank you!

To be honest, I don't know. Can you?

Are you asking whether there's a pool with steps for entrance, or lift?

If so, yes - the aft pool has stairs for entrance/exit. The main pool has a lift for those who cannot use a ladder.

The terrace pool (aft, deck 14) has steps into the pool. Love that pool!

I too have mobility issues & can't climb out on the steep ladders at the other pools. I use a walker/rollator but can manage the short stairs that lead from the "secret" door at the very back of #14. Or you can come down the stairs near the aft bar on #15.

I've been on the Grand, Crown, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire & Star -- they all have this lovely aft pool. However, I have not found a way to access the aft pool if using a scooter. Have I missed a lift?

I've only seen the "lift" at the main pool.

Sorry! I said 'lift' when I meant

'elevator'. I haven't found an elevator that goes to the deck that the aft pool is on -- making it difficult for anyone using a scooter.

On your upcoming on Caribbean Princess ... Take the aft elevator (lift) to Riviera Deck 14,

go past the cabins on that floor going aft, and walk out the door at the end ... and you'll be at the Terrace Pool! :D

Yes, I understand; that's what I described in my 1st post (#3). I was asking if there's a way to get to the aft pool if one is using a scooter to get around the ship.

But when you go out that door, there are several steps you have to go up to get to the pool. Thus not accessible to someone who must use a scooter or wheelchair.
