Best Beach in Grand Cayman On a budget

We want to enjoy Grand Cayman on a budget. We are planning to take a bus to one of the beaches. We don’t need loungers/umbrellas. We just want to spend a little time in the beautiful water.

What beaches are soft sandy? And which ones are rocky with better snorkeling from shore?

Does the public buses take you to all the beaches?

When we decide to leave the beach do we just walk to a road and the buses pass by every so often to go back to the cruise ship?

If you don't require any facilities, Cemetery Beach has good snorkeling, beautiful blue water, and soft sand... It's easy to get to and from on the public bus, and there is a bus stop directly across the street for your return to the cruise terminal...

We went to Cemetery Beach, but I wouldn’t do it again. Hated not having any facilities. I don’t snorkel, but I couldn’t even get into the water due to the rocks there. Bring water shoes in case you do go. Ants crawled all over me and my beach towel there, too. I prefer a lounge chair, rest rooms and and nice cocktail.
