Dream - 7 day cruise - what is the difference between first formal night and the seco

We are going to Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. What is the difference between the nights? Is the menu different? Thanks, Bobbi

First formal night Lobster is on the menu but not on second!!

Yup, menu is different. Second night is often filet and short rib entree. Might also be new backgrounds for pictures out, but that seems to depend on the photo manager more than the second formal night.

DITTO. Far fewer folks bother to get dressed up on the last formal evening. Frankly, I've often wondered why they have the second formal evening. Still fun, but just a bit different.

We pretty much ignore the second one

On our recent Princess cruise they didn't serve lobster or filet mignon on the 1st formal night. They only did lobster, not steak on the second one.

But this is Carnival. They serve and prime rib and lobster on the first CE night, and filet and short ribs on the second.
