Explorer drydock question

Recommended Posts

Dates of Jan 1 - Jan 14 are correct right now. Ship will be worked on in Bayonne after it returns from its New Years cruise. We're scheduled on the cruise that is supposed to leave on the 14th. Hopefully whatever RC will do is finished and our cruise isn't cancelled or we leave with work still being done. RC seems to have a habit of sending out ships while stuff is worked on and the passengers just are made to do without.

Thanks for the info. Do you know where the drydock for the Explorer will be taking place or is that a closely guarded secret.?

I'd also like to know where it'll be drydocked... considering i'll be on it at the time. :)

When you figure it out , could you put at least three coats of varnish on my railing ? Thank you:D

And extention wings on 7388 and 7688 , I think they would work for me !

I'll see what I can do haha. I read constantly about the lack of varnish on the railings so I'm sure that must be on their list.

I do hope you know that once you are on board her as an employee you can't post anymore on CC.

You better check on that. ;) They are not allowed to.

We have only had one CD and a Captains wife on here that I know of. ;)

I would not want to see you get in trouble before you start.

Find out if what I said is correct. ;)

Thank You for the reply, if you could ,it would be great if you could keep us all up to date on the upgrades to our favorite ( and only ship )

Thanks again and good luck!:D

I won't be posting on here once I'm actually on the ship (haven't signed/been presented with an employment contract which says I can't post yet), because it really is kind of a conflict of interest and I'm sure RCI wouldn't be too happy with that. I'll be posting info about my life onboard to my blog so bookmark the link in my sig below if you want to read up on that kind of news :)

I don't remember seeing you're name on our "Roll Call" for this cruise. Please join us and get an advanced meeting of the gang. We've gotten over 5,000 posts so far and will be running group activities while on the ship which should be fun. Plus you'll want to sign up for the Meet & Mingle gathering of our group. Please check us out.
