New on Princess Website?

I just went to princess.com to check pricing and availability on a cruise I am interested in and the regular page doesn't come up. Instead, it says to contact a travel agent for pricing with an click on arrow for locating a travel agent.

 

Does anyone know about this? Does this mean we can no longer check on pricing ourselves? Or am I missing something?

Last week the prices were down for several hours. I could see sailings but not the prices. I just logged in today and I can see prices okay.

I stand corrected: they were there this morning, but I just checked and get the same page as you are probably seeing. I would think this is just temporary maintenance?

I can't even get to a page with cruises. When I click on the tab "Find and Compare Cruises", and click on cruises, a page comes up like this - no lists, no dates, no ships, etc - just this

I hope it's temporary. I've seen pricing be unavailable before when I'd check a particular cruise and it says to check back later, but never seen it tell me to ask a travel agent.

Confirmed. My guess is their search engine is totally down at the moment. This seems a little more than routine maintenance.

 

If it stays this way for more than a day or 2 I will call investor relations and see whats up.

Same here..... directs me to the TA locator. Earlier today & last week there was a message when checking on pricing that there was a problem retrieving data.:rolleyes: Hmmmm.... looks like it time for maintenance on their web-site.:eek:

Ive been on their site a lot over the last couple of weeks looking for a summer cruise and they seem to be having many issues with it lately. Maybe they are slowly upgrading or something.

The personalizer isn't working currently either. I did call as I can't get on and the Princess rep also had issues.

I've been waiting weeks to see prices on cruises. It's a bit annoying to say the least.:rolleyes:

However, the shorex section is brilliant, so this hiccup could be worth the wait.
