Making Final Payment

I have been trying to make my final payment online for the past week. Each time, when I complete the transaction it says that my session has timed out and I need to try again. When I log on again, it says that my reservation is being modified. :eek:

I know I can call and make the payment but has anyone else had problems with the website? I hope that it will all be properly credited if I call.

I have this problem when I check my cruise history or check cruise prices, get to a certain point and it says I have timed out and need to log back in and start again, very strange, I would call in the payment and ask them to email you an invoice showing a zero balance

Just call and make your payment on the phone!

I have had similar problems with RCCL. What browser are you using? I usually use Chrome but find I can avoid problems like this by using Internet Explorer.

I'm using Internet Explorer.... It's just strange since I booked and paid for our recent Majesty cruise online without problems. Well, I'll just wait until day before final is due and call. :rolleyes:

Yep, had the same problem back in August when I was paying off our upcoming cruise on MAJ;) Finally gave up after about three days and just phoned it in:D They sent me a paid in full invoice right away no problems:cool:

click the little box that remembers you. whenever i do this i stop having the issue

Ha! Everytime I log in it says session has expired. Will see if it helps to click that "little box". I tried to make final payment online a couple of days ago, finally had to call them. Was told if I made reservation via telephone that I couldn't make payment online.
