She's not showing up on Marinetraffic.com and there's no delay notice at the RCI website...yet. Just noticed a disclaimer on Marinetraffic.com that ship's positions may be up to an hour old. Rancher Dave Posted February 19, 2012 #2161 Share Posted February 19, 2012 Almost went to the Cats and Dogs parade in Galveston for Mardi Gras today...decided instead to go eat at Samba Grille....yum! So glad for the rains over the past week 2 ponds at the ranch full, 1 at 95% full and the small one with a small drain to - basin is 60% and will probably take several more huge rains to totally fill up. The cattle are so happy to have the other full ponds though. Should be a great day for sail away.

CGBCruiser Posted February 19, 2012 #2165 Share Posted February 19, 2012 Beautiful weather today! Glad the "pea soup" is gone. Just checked the cam and Mariner is still there. I saw earlier that the Pier 28 webcam is down. Probably a result of all the thunderstorms/rain yesterday.

Ladysilver Posted February 20, 2012 #2172 Share Posted February 20, 2012 The Mariner is such a beautiful ship. Do you know if she'll still be sailing from Galveston in the fall of 2013? :D
klingoncruiser Posted February 20, 2012 #2173 Share Posted February 20, 2012 Dan, I took a nap and slept right through the sail out. Oh well, maybe by next week I will finally be all better.
GCurry Posted February 20, 2012 #2174 Share Posted February 20, 2012 Just booked the Crown Princess for next Feb. out of Galveston. It will give you something to see on a Saturday. Four ports in seven days, with only two sea days, it will be pretty active. There are good ports however, Costa Maya (Majahual), Roitan Honduras, Belize, and of course Coz; it's a lot of exercise. jdotexas Posted February 20, 2012 #2175 Share Posted February 20, 2012 What time does the Mariner generally sail in on Sunday mornings? I'll be on her Sunday and would like to watch this most beautiful ship come, either in person or on the cam from our Galveston hotel room.
