You can tip in whatever currency you have.

 

The main people to tip are your cabin steward, your waiter and assistant waiter.

 

Also, on occasion if you have room service it's nice to tip them for bringing your meals.

If your gratuities have already been paid, your cabin attendant, waiter, ass't waiter and head waiter have been taken care of.

Any drink purchase will have the tip added in...no additional needed.

 

If you order room service, give them a couple bucks cash at time of delivery. Porters generally get $1-2 per bag.

If the porters take your bags at the port and you don't offer a tip, you run the risk of not seeing them again until you return. Generally speaking you'd want to offer $2 for each small or medium sized bag and $5 for each heavier or large bag they handle for you.

Since you are sailing from Barcelona, I would tip in Euros. Anything else the porters will probably throw back in your face. EM

I'd probably agree with this. Imagine if someone from Europe came here and paid you in Euros. You'd be annoyed!:mad:

Since you prepaid your tips, your cabin stewards and food servers are covered. However, if you think they did a fantastic job, feel free to tip on top of that. Bartenders are covered in teh auto 15% charged on top of drinks, but again, if someone wows you, give some extra. Ohters to tip would be porters, room service, a maitre d' if they perform a special service for you.
