According to the Azamara forum, Captain Sindre Børsheim will return to RCL and be captain of Voyager of the seas, maybe Sverre or Charles will take the helm of Adventure.

I think Capt Ryan is old enough to retire. And Capt Charles has been assigned to Voyager long enough now to be moved to another ship. RCI likes to have the masters move every 3-5 years.
