Kathy, just off BR (10-12-12 sailing) and I saw on Betsy's ID badge that it expired 1-13-13. Do they get a month after they go on vacation before their security ID expires? Gustav was in the CL many nights. Now I know why! He is currently in Guest Services so i thought he was just up there to be the token officer representation. I really enjoyed his enthusiasm and friendliness, he'll be great as a reliever for Betsy.

We had Oana in the Diamond lounge last month. Not sure who was the C&A Concierge was as we could never get in to see them, and therefore did not get to buy a future cruise certificate. It's too bad, because now thinking of taking a short Christmas cruise and it would be nice to have a little OBC.:(

Oana is definitely in the CL as of now. She would like to go home for Christmas, but as of a week ago had not received permission from RCCL. When I hear from her again, I will confirm if Nicole is filling in for her in the DL. I hope to hear from her soon.

We were on allure last week in a crown loft rahim and Fernando were never at their post. After a full week on the ship they still had no idea who we were, we have sailed in suites on Holland America and by the end of the first day we were on a first name basis. These guys acted like we were a burden!!! The worst service I have ever had
