My theory on the Legend Cheers discount is because it's still in Europe and when the ship returns to the USA the price will go up to be in line with the other ships. It's not verified, confirmed, or official. It's strictly my observation and theory. Sunshine is also said to be lower and is in Europe as well. So it makes sense, but I could be wrong.

 

Okay yes, that makes sense. I did call Carnival & they said it is the same price as the other ships. She may have mentioned something about it being in Europe being cheaper too. Oh well.

I have a question I was going to ask on my roll call, but I'll ask here 1st.

 

Is there a height, weight limit on the slide?

 

If so, what is it?

 

My DH is tall, and I've gained weight on each of our cruises the past few years (& not gotten it off), but I'd like to try the slide if I'm not too big, or too chicken & I'm thinking if I try it, maybe he'll want to, too.

We were on the Legend in December 2011 and we thought that it was a great cruise. We also liked the parking there. No hassle to get a spot and just a block or so from the ship.

 

We would recommend it.

 

We also looked at the pictures that has been put on and really enjoyed them

Also to anyone that has been on the Legend recently, could you tell me what the price per day of the Cheers program is. I heard it was discounted on Legend...

 

Cheers is $49.95/day (which includes gratuities) on the Legend
