No way of getting around it, he is GUILTY. Even if he didn't physically steal the phone from this lady ... he stole the phone when he decided to keep it.

 

Obviously, the phone wasn't wiped clean so all the ladies information was in there. He could have turned it in or contacted her himself. He did neither ... and he is not at all brite because he never wiped the phone himself. LOL!! :p

I just looked at the FB photos five minutes ago. They are still there, and her captions are very funny. The album has over 18,000 shares. I heard about this on the Royal Caribbean boards, so it has definitely gone viral :D
