We booked early saver back in March for the Valor 9200 room and it was already booked. Almost ALL those front scenic ocean view rooms were already booked....a YEAR in advance! I suppose it being spring break didn't help any. But we got lucky and got the two last scenic ocean view rooms! 6J is the category. Straight on view. Kinda cool looking out and seeing what the captain sees :D. Very excited. The only downer is we can't count on a "price drop" and thus early saver onboard credit. So all our roll call buddies are getting all these credits that we can't get since there were limited amounts of these rooms and everyone wants them. Oh well. Still excited.

Sounds great, sorry but I have

to have my balcony..

there are photos of the 9200 located on this site

if you google carnival valor 9200 it will bring you to a posting that includes photos.

9200 sleeps'4 people and i would bet a booking for two will not be allowed

I am booked in 9200 and it's just us 2 for my Valor sailing. PVP said there would be no problem.

I dont know if its different for the Valor-- but it never shows for only two people on the glory. but if I change to 4 people it does-- doesnt even show for 3 people.

i'd be curious to know if there is a huge difference between 9200 and

9100

agent said there was

Since there is no 9100, I'll assume you mean 9201...

If you read the descriptions I posted, the difference is 1 less closet and the no sofabed.

There have been pics posted, you can find them by searching.... wait for it... 9201.

But here are some pics, just in case. (These are VALOR pics, But CCL website claims the same for GLORY and CONQUEST).

he said they would be happier in a balcony room for the same prices

We actually like the secret deck originally in front of these cabins and have stayed in 9202 on the Triumph

So we will miss those cabins BUT.....These are really Nice looking cabins.

We maybe booking one for a future cruise and looks like 9200 is for 4pax and 9201 is for 2pax and the difference in the photos look like the couch is different

the sofa looks the same in both cabins except in 9200 they added the lounge type chair next to the sofa

That lounger looks comfortable maybe thats where the 4th person sleeps as I dont see a drop down bed:confused:

Either way.... they look like a great cabins.... Enjoy:)

Was interested in the Glory. Searched it and this thread came up. Thanks to you guys, we now have 9200 booked and we are very excited!! We usually book balcony rooms, with extended balconies. ie aft wraps, the bowling alley baclonies on spirit class, and extended aft on the upcoming Victory cruise. But this room looks awesome!!!

My question, does the total forward facing window, smaller triangle, shade open?? In every picture I see of 9200 and 9201 it's closed.

How cool with that be sleeping with all of those shades up!!??
