Ok, ok, I won’t mess with this spider.

 

 

There are many deadly spiders, snakes, etc, but mostly (except your croc picture) the animals are more scared of us than we are of them. Stamp loudly when walking in bush, don't poke your fingers in holes, and then there are few worries ;)

I noticed a convenience store – EZY Mart. I think this was the turn of Arglye Street and Harrington Street, at the Rocks area. Next time, maybe we can stock up on bottled water from here before we board the ship!

We found the stair case that would bring us up to the Cahill Expressway and we could walk to the Harbour Bridge. A view of the Voyager with the Sydney Opera House.

We walked onto the Harbour Bridge. Quite a lot of foot traffic. I noticed many security cameras plus policemen stationed along the way.

On our way back to the ship, this caught my attention. Only in Australia!

 

 

Sydney was an overnight port. Guests had be back onboard by 6am.

After we got back onboard, we picked up our little ones and brought them to Deck 12 for a final walk around the ship to look at the Sydney lights, before heading back to retire for the evening. This was about 10pm.

Disembarkation day morning. The Captain commented that one challenge for the Australia/NZ cruise would be the large distances that we had to sail. On our cruise, the Voyager sailed a total of 4,183 nautical miles or 4,814 miles or 7,747 kilometres.

As we were not in a hurry to get off the ship (our flight home was at 2pm), we registered for the 9pm departure slot for Top Tier members. We took breakfast in the MDR for the last time before a leisurely disembarkation. We took a taxi to the airport. There were many taxis waiting and departure was very orderly.

 

This was at Sydney International Airside.

That’s our ride home. The plane was completely packed.

 

 

Barry got us home (Singapore) safely.

The review is complete. It was a wonderful family holiday.
