I called today because we are cruising Jan24th. She said she didn't show any play on my most recent cruise. That is crazy! They took my card everytime I bought in on roulette. I played alot, I don't understand how they couldn't have submitted my info!

Same thing happened to me today when I called. Couldn't find my play (slots) on my recent Valor cruise - but she did find my roulette play. - Go figure!!

Called Michael Bayona in November in relation to my 12/31 Triumph NYE cruise. Told I was eligible for casino cash and received confirmation email immediately. I have always received cash. Never received the "basket" on any of my sailings. On 3 sailing the casino host gave me the drinks on us card at the beginning of the cruise. Fingers crossed for this one.

Don't really get the 'rhyme or reason' behind casino credit..

I play very little and frequently get casino credit vouchers in the mail (ei..if you book a cruise get $50 etc..).

DH plays more (and spends more) has NEVER received anything!

When we booked last spring for this Dec, I called casino to inquire about DH status and why he NEVER receives anything. I was told it was random people picked for their play?

Anyway...I received the fruit basket/wine/photo coupon/water two weeks ago..AND got my $50 casino credit.

I did inquire at the cage about another voucher I had (expired) and it was declined. Can't blame one for trying...

Just out of curiosity, roughly how many points would one have to have at the end of the cruise to have enough accumulated to get the drinks on us card at the beginning of the next cruise? I know that one normally has to reach 1500 points in order to qualify for the card. You must be an avid player in the casino!:D (Hope you get it on your upcoming cruise-would be a great way to start your cruise!) Thanks.....

Talked to Marty Thursday and she said it was over 6000 points to qualify for automatic Drinks on Us card. I didn't quite make it but she did say I would get $50.00 casino cash and gifts in the cabin! She was a really nice lady and a pleasure to speak with.

I'm not sure this is correct, I got my Players Club card on day 2 of my B2B and they game me one on day one of the second leg. I was very happy. Oh, I got it after only 1000 points. I love to throw money at the casino, and hope to do so for my next 2 cruises later this month. I contacted the Players Club via email, haven't heard anything. No worries, I will be there playing anyway. I usually only drink 1 or 2 drinks a day, anyway.. I'm a lightweight.. lol

I believe its 1 point per dollar spent, but when you win and put it all back in it counts.. lol Happens to me all the time.

Does anyone know how many points that you get per dollar spent?

When I called regarding our upcoming cruise in Feb, I was told I would be getting $150 in casino cash and DH would get $125. I also inquired about a basket because I was promised one in October and never got it. They told me I would get one but I'll just wait and see.

When we cruised in Oct. DH got his "drinks" card day two and I got mine day four. I asked the players club how they calculated that because we both had spent close to the same amount gambling. According to what I was told, if you don't play slots but play the table games as we do, you accumulate 1500 points after a loss of $2000. I didn't lose as much as DH the first couple of days though I did overall after seven. That is why my card was delayed. So the magic number at the tables to get your "free" drinks is the loss, (not play) of $2000. Doesn't matter, I wasn't playing to win free drinks.

The points are calculated differently for slots I understand. Slots are also easier to track if one uses their card every time they play. At the tables you are at the mercy of the pit bosses and how well they keep up with you, so make certain you make yourself known and play nice.

It may be that whomever you spoke to didn't really know and was just trying to explain the inexplicable. If attaining the Drinks On Us card were based on losing, what happens when you win? Doesn't make sense; it has to be total dollars at risk; as you mentioned, this is a lot more difficult to track at a table than at a slot machine.

My wife and I both got the card on our recent sailing on the Valor, mine on the second (or third) day, her on the fourth (or fifth - the days tended to blur). In our case we both were winning up to that point, and ended the sailing up as well.

At the tables you are at the mercy of the pit bosses and how well they keep up with you, so make certain you make yourself known and play nice.

This is most definitely the best advice you can give!

Just called and asked about what perks we qualified for and was informed we did not qualify for anything. Odd thing is we booked using the casino rate and also received a $50 cash credit coupon for the casino. Apparently that credit is not showing either. Any ideas?
