Legend of the Seas Borneo Cruise March 2013 Picture Review

This picture is blurred because it was taken as I was walking. Showing here to give a sense of how many people were walking, at 6:30am on a sea day. I was impressed. Some of them walked really fast. Most were in their 50s and 60s.

Getting brighter, as the sun was rising. I do like the jogging track on the Legend. One lap is 400M, just like a normal running track. 4 laps and you cover 1 mile.

Hope we will never ever have to use one of these. Still, it makes a good picture.

Hottest months would be June, July. We have a tropical climate so it rains even during these months.

 

The coolest months would be the end of the Nov to Jan period. We get monsoon rains then and it can really pour!!

The Royal Caribbean Orchestra doing some numbers in the afternoon. This was about 2:30pm on the last sea day of our cruise.

The Centrum was prepared for the evening’s performance. They had an open rehearsal in the morning.

 

If you had not seen this performance before, called 'Seasons', DO NOT MISS IT!

A picture from the open rehearsal. Even if you have watched the rehearsal, the actual performance is still very spectacular. Simple reason – the lights and the costumes!

A picture of the Centrum before the start of the evening’s performance. They repeated the show twice that night. We caught both. Alright, I shan’t spoil it for you. I shall not post any more pictures of the ‘Seasons’ performance.

Alas, I have come to the last part of this review, disembarkation morning. I realised that in recent years, I had never sailed into Singapore on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. So, I made it a point to wake up early that morning, to watch the ship sail into Marina Bay Cruise Terminal.

 

This was taken at 6am. In the distance, that was Singapore. You may be able to make out a circular wheel – the Singapore Flyer.
