I wonder who will be the CD when I sail on Harmony!

Not sure if you know, but on my last cruise on Navigator, Jeff Arpin was the CD, but I had a chance to speak with John Perry personally who happened to be onboard for "vacation". He told me he will not be back on Navigator until July. Also he has no idea whether or not he will go with the Navigator when it relocates to Fort Lauderdale, or stay in Galveston to be CD on Liberty.

Interesting info. John has a family member who posts his plans to this thread, so that's where I got the info that's currently listed. Things probably changed since the last time she posted.

Adventure OTS - Bobby Brown started March 29 Until end of July? Need handover date Then, Dan Whitney

Allure OTS - Jerome Sueur May 19 for all of the European cruises thru Oct 25 then who?

Anthem OTS - Joff Eaton joins the ship on March 18 until September 15 then who?

Brilliance OTS - Tim Connor May 30 through September 3, then Clo O'Connor returns September 3

Enchantment OTS - Paul Rutter May 11 through July 20. Marc Walker returns from his vacation on July 20 through November 20. Marc will return from his break on Jan 18, 2015

Explorer OTS - Rob McNally started May 15 until mid-October then Graham Seymour

Freedom OTS - Jamie Fentiman June 7 until Aug 16, then Casey Peltier returns for 4 months

Grandeur OTS - Mitch Merucci April 28 until August 23 then who? Rich Edwards?(Mitch will not be returning to GR after his break)

Independence OTS - Leigh Xuereb May 17 through September 8. then who? Leigh is the new permanent CD on Indy!

Dave Chapman has left RCCL. He is taking an extended break, and then he will be moving over to another cruiseline.

Mike Szwajkowski is a Canadian Mountie

Leo Papa at Cornell University working on a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management

Anna Bass is now Client Services Manager at ISS London

Abe Hughes is Director of Port Revenue Operations at Royal Media Partners and sometimes works onboard as the port and shopping guide

João Pereira is studying Portuguese/English education and translation at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas in Brazil

Kirk Detweiler is now CD with Silversea cruises.

I just learned that when Graham Seymour returns from his vacation in October (after leaving Rhapsody in August) he will be joining Explorer for his next contract.

Ken's primary role is doing behind the scenes work on the new builds. He was on Quantum for the first two months, then on Anthem for the first two months, invisibly backing up the CD and helping to provide a smooth takeout. Presumably, he will also be on Harmony and Ovation in the same capacity. In between, he works with the new builds at the shipyard, and he fills in on the larger/newer ships as CD during the regular CD's break.

At the moment, he is either still on Anthem, or he is on break. My best guess is that he will likely be the one who fills-in for Joff's break, or perhaps Gordon's break on Quantum (that guess is based on his most recent past assignments). Then, he will probably go to the shipyard to prepare for the next takeout.
