Oh My Gosh! 12 days on this ship and I never saw that! Well...I saw the entrance "Enchanted Forest/Noah's Ark" but I thought it was part of the kids' area so I never went in! Boy do I feel like a dope! LOL

Wow! I'm loving the decor on this ship! The arcade is a little scary. I'm going on the pride with my 9 YO son in February. He'd better start saving his pennies!

 

The photos of Dover Castle brought back some great memories! I went there when I was in high school and was a total Dungeons and Dragons geek (early 80s.) That castle, to me, looked most like how I'd pictured a castle should look!

It's a feature of Spirit class ships. A large semi-circle that surrounds the main show lounge. Good place to sit and relax and watch the water go by, read a book, etc. Sometimes a herd of kids might pass through, but they are going somewhere else and don' stay.

Farcus must have taken his meds (or maybe stayed off them) when designing Legend.

 

We love Dover Castle but didn't have time for this trip. On a previous cruise we had time to tour the castle including the wartime tunnels.

Enjoying your review! Turns out, my aunt and uncle from NY were on this cruise. Of course, I'm not sure of their excursions but at least I can see the cruise from your perspective. I subscribed to the thread.

We are sailing the Pride in February and expect we will have some cold weather at the beginning and end. I am looking forward to using this area to relax and read!

I did take some pictures and video with the GoPro Hero3 but don't think I've posted any yet. I think the replacement camera and the latest (end of July 13) SW update might have finally fixed most of the issues I was having, At least this cruise it worked every time I tried it and didn't fail once.
