Hey Chris,

 

Loving to live review. I made it and have subscribed. May not post much but will reading along for sure. Reading your reviews always gets me excited about finding another cruise to go on. Unfortunately I have to wait for Quantum. However, the fortunate part is the great group of people I'm getting to know until then.

 

Hoping for calm seas and lots of sunshine for you. I gotta go eat now that I saw all that food porn.

Chris,

 

Would you mind to check in Falmouth to see if the pool at Margaritaville (inside the gate, right next to the ship, is open yet)?

 

Also, what stateroom do you have, I know you are on Deck 8. Please send it to me in FB chat if you don't want to list it here. I thought I saw it in your posts but don't see it now...

Bugsy - I have to steer off topic here for a moment. We lived in Ottawa, IL from 1987 - 2001. We lived on the East side and I owned a store downtown for several years called "Lavender & Lace" until my DH's work moved us to Arizona. It is such a lovely town. My daughter started kindergarten there and graduated from Ottawa High in 2001. We miss it, especially in the summer. Winter, not so much.;)

 

Now back to the show!:cool:

It's so weird to be reading a "live from" review on a cruise I am on....while I'm sitting at home! It just doesn't feel right. :D. See you tomorrow, Chris. :)

wasn't that cool, Char? I didn't realize there are 3 cameras to click on but I saw Dee and John on one of them cuz it was better than the other 2 views. Carol

Even worse...the first 2 days of the thread, I was still at work. For a moment, this morning, I had to question if I mixed up the days Oasis and Allure embark.

I was planning on having dinner here pre-cruise because we won't have a car, what were your thoughts? Or do you recommend going on the water taxi to another restaurant?

 

I have the "night before a cruise excitement" just reading your posts!! Thank you for that!! :)

Here is the capture off the webcam I got of Dee and John sailing away. Chris did message me that he was able to take one with his camera.

Also somewhere on those rocks is Chris with friends watching and taking photos of Oasis of the Seas sail away. I do see a pink boa :) must be Wendy lol

This photo was sent to me by Dee & John who took the photo from Deck 11 of Oasis as they sailed past.

Bird you asked about a place/thoughts for dinner I asking where are you, which hotel so maybe I can suggest a place, I used to live in FLL for 25 years.

 

I will be going out for the night in half hour but you be sure Chris I be here when I get home or tomorrow am I check those photos. hehe
