GB58, the concierge on the Pearl is Elvina and she is outstanding! Just disembarked on 12/1 and Elvina never seemed to sleep and was always to be found at her desk in Moderno during breakfast and lunch. She was readily available by phone and stopped by our table most evenings just to say "hi" while we were dining. A true Vacation Hero!

FYI: The very friendly lady on the PCC line told me (thus might be incorrect, we'll see) that Anoop Bhanu is currently the concierge on the Breakaway and that John (likely d'Souza, she did not know a last name strangely) will be replacing him there per the 2015-01-18.
