Hello all!

Can anyone give a current update for the Star? Doing the Panama Canal on April 20.

The last time I cruised on the Star (Oct 2012 Repo from NYC to NOLA), she had the BEST ever crew and staff on NCL!

Hi Arzeena,

You will have a great time on your Panama Canal cruise! Would love to do one of those. Definitely in my bucket list but DH hates flying. I might just have to do it without him LOL!

There were some postings about the Star, which seemed pretty accurate. Just go back a few posts.

Best,

Lita

No need to guess, it says Breakaway before the captain's name. :)

Hi,

If you scroll down, I just posted the Star as of March 30.

Hope it helps!

The misaligned formatting causes that row to not show on mobile apps (Cruise Critic Forums or Tapatalk) - I didn't see it either without quoting the message during which the row was visible with the formatting code.

Pearl

CD: Pedro

Concierge: Monica F.

Butlers: Charlie

PEARL -

We have sailed with Pedro and Monica.

Both are great.

Pedro had his daughter with him (about 2 years old) and she stole the show

wherever she went.

Monica was always friendly and helpful.

And - I agree about making sure we mention the ship in every post.

It's better to have it two or three times than to not have it at all.

This is a great post guys, thanks for the updates. I'm on the Breakaway in May and I'll be sure to post any updates. Not sure when Capt Hoyt is going on vacation but we'll post whatever updates we have.

He switches with Captain Evan Hoyt on the Breakaway.

Hi,

Are you looking for information on a specific ship, or just general information?

Judy

Hi, I'ld be interested in any info for the Jade. I believe that Yannis will be the HD and Karebi will be the concierge. But that is all I've been able to find. I leave in 18 days. Thank You.

Hi,

I wish I could help you more with the JADE, but Yannis is the only officer that I know of.

Maybe someone else can be more help for you.

My cruise it too far away (November) for much of the current info to be accurate by then. I just enjoy seeing the names of people I know and finding out where they are, and thought some others might need it before me.

Hi,

I know what you mean.

That is one reason I follow this thread.

I love to know where my favorite officers are sailing.
