Thank you for responding so promptly. We are looking forward to sailing with John D'Souza in June - have heard only good things about him.

 

It was our first time sailing with a concierge, but I can't imagine another being better.

 

He was everywhere, constantly. (I almost felt like me might be stalking us)

Saw him pretty much anywhere we went, except the buffet.

 

When the Roatan being cancelled announcement was made, he tracked our group down in the Pearly Kings pub while we were playing trivia and got 12 out of the 14 in our group, who were booked for Dolphins in Roatan, rebooked for Dolphinarus in Cozumel. (the two, DW and I were not about to lose a single second of our time at Nachi, so we passed)

We stayed and played trivia, he called the shore excursion desk, left for 5 minutes and came back with 12 tickets for Cozumel.

 

He was incredibly helpful with trying to do anything he could to make our cruise as enjoyable as possible.

 

Lots of reservations for 10-14 all week.

 

Blank keycards for the 3 couples in suites on deck 12, so they could access us in the Garden Villa.

 

Definitely the most impressive crew member on any cruise we have been on yet.

 

NCL should have him full time on one of their flagship boats.

Yes, Sean will be returning to the Getaway in early June. Errol Bailey is HD now.
