Coral princess 21 feb - 4 mar

We have just disembarked the Coral Princess after the Panama Canal Cruise. We must say that the cruise was fantastic. Great food, service, entertainment, and fortunately good weather. This is the first time that we have been on a Panamax ship, and it was nowhere near as crowded as the Grand ships, and the elevators were fast and not crowded.

 

The promenade deck is great, reminds us of the QM2. Our thanks to the crew of the Coral Princess for a wonderful cruise.

Thanks for posting. Quick question, did you notice if they offered wine pkgs. ? Seems to be hit or miss fleet wide. :)

They did have them on Coral's 1/19 sailing.

Thanks, we have to wait till 4-17 for ours. Watched the ship going through the locks on your cruise and got several screen grabs from the canal web cam. I may have someone do that during our cruise.

Coral Princess is at the top of the 2014 Cruisers Choice awards this year. She moved up from 9th place last year to 2nd as Best midsize ship overall.

She even placed higher then Oceania's Riviera their newest ship.

Completely agree with comments by SATALITECRUISER. We were also on the Coral 2/21 Canal cruise. Fantastic cruise, fantastic ship and fantastic crew. This was out 12th cruise and by far the best. And yes, the wine package was available on this cruise.
