At the Boatyard in Barbados I had a rum punch that was very good. Unusual

tasting, but you could feel it after only one-I was happy to try out the

water trampoline after it :)

They make it according to this formula(If I am remembering correctly)

One part sour-Lime juice

Two parts sweet-sugar syrup

Three parts strong-RUM :)

Four parts weak-water or club soda

A Long Island Iced Tea packs a huge punch!! I believe there are 5 types of liquor in it - with just a splash of coke on top for color.

Alabama Slammers have a good amount of liquor in them....pretty similar to Long Islands as far as content I believe....AND you develope a southern accent sometimes if you consume a few too many. ;)
