Hydro Pool and Thermal Suite

I think the costs on the smaller HAL ships are lower, as the hydro pool is much smaller and nothing like the larger ones. Best to check onboard, as prices can be alot lower than those posted on the HAL website. On a recent 7 day, we paid $149 for two (smaller ship) while the website and the printed Spa handout had it priced at $249.

Infrared lamps in the Sauna would make the price worth every dollar!

It would make for a real Thermal Room with much better rejuvenating results for pennies.

Deeper penetrating heat and faster recovery from travels, stress, imbibing and over eating.

Google the health benefits for many complaints associated with stress, travel, Aging, etc.
