Does anyone know if the mattresses and pillows have improved on the Royal Princess?

 

We recently returned on the Star Princess and we both found many an ache and pain every morning due to mattress. Also, the cabin steward fluffs pillows daily to make them look wonderful, but they only look that way. Once you place your head on them the pillow will die.

 

If you let me know, I won't be bringing my own pillow to Europe.

Did you ask your room steward to replace the mattresses? They have been known to do this when asked. Same with pillows.

I've read nothing but wonderful reviews of the Royal Princess beds and bedding. We'll be on her in March! :D

As soon as you meet your cabin steward ask for a egg crate topper, they go fast and will be gone on the second day. happy cruising.
