Just got off the Liberty a few days ago.......didn't see the coke machine....and I'm sure the six teenage boys that went with us would have definitely found it because they all had the beverage package.

Thanks! :D

Did you use the Diamond lounge? If so, how was it? I haven't been on a Freedom Class ship yet.

Yes, we used the DL. The Concierge at the time was Anis, and he was excellent. Great views from the DL, and it was not crowded on our cruises.

Clarea did you go to to CL? If so how was it?

We went to the CL also. Carlos was the concierge there and he was also excellent. No views from the CL on Liberty. At 6pm, it was a bit more crowded than the DL for our two cruises.

We were on Liberty last week, and there were no Freestyle machines on board.

Bummer! Thanks though for the updated info.

Glad to hear Carlos was excellent too! We've always had a great concierge.

Glad to hear Carlos and Anis are both on Liberty, they are excellent, hoping they are still there in October!

Did anyone happen to notice if there was smoked salmon (lox) at the WJ breakfast buffet.

It's one of my favorites. Thanks for any info.

We were told a few weeks ago by the executive sous chef on Enchantment that they removed it fleet wide. They still have it but you now you need to ask for it.

I am sailing next week...I'll try to find out and report back here!

Thank you.....I keep a thread going on the message board about the Activity Managers on board Royal ships....so you help is appreciated.....I wish I could cruise on every ship -- all the time, and keep the list up to date, all by myself.

Any other Liberty secrets we should know about before we go?

Grab an elevator the opposite way, so you can get on usually you never have to go that far out of your way, and the faces are priceless when they finally get on!

No freestyle machines[emoji53] as reported! Rolling bar carts with soda and beer and more on pool deck!

Prepare to walk big ship! Great ship!

It was cool in an hour last day seeing ice show and then Saturday night fever! Show up on time and don't bother people by having rows of people move for your lateness.

We just got off Liberty a week ago and yes....there was smoked salmon in the WJ for breakfast.....I know this for sure because that is one of my husband's favorite and he had it every day. I remember one day on our previous cruise he did not find it and someone he asked about it went and got him some!

This is the freestyle thread for RCCL Liberty of the seas. You can do whatever you want for this thread. You can talk about cabins, experiences, etc.

Ok, so does anybody know the brand of paint that

Tony carries on stage in Saturday Night Fever?

Joey and Arlo...I know you two have seen this a few dozen

times!

Great thread....can't believe I just found it.

Nope as I said they start usually before 11:30 with suites then Pineapples, D+, and so on. Once that initial crowd is onboard, it is board as you come.

"Pineapples"?

EDIT: NVM/Looks like this was an unnoticed auto-correct.. I thought I wasn't hip to some lingo... :D

Not auto-correct, but slang for Pinnacle Member.

I'm hoping someone would be able to let me know if the Golf Simulator is functional on this ship. We're sailing 4/20/15 and every ship I've been on so far, there's a sign on the simulator saying "Out of Order". (3 different times).

I would appreciate it someone could give me a heads up? The kid in me is optimistic, but doesn't want to be let down AGAIN!

I would love to know as well. Worst case, I'll find out for myself once onboard in a couple days and report back after the 16th!

I can tell you it was operational on Indy, but the tablemate that did it was disappointed....so maybe it should have been 'out of order'.

Hi!

Can anyone who has recently sailed on Liberty, tell me where the designated smoking areas are?

Thank you.

Marilyn

Inside: casino and Connoisseur Club.

Outside: one side of decks 4, 11, and 12.
