Question About Getting Bumped

Why is this cabin so special? Am NOT asking in a smart-alecky tone :p, just curious.

I am not trying to be a jerk here. my personal opinion is this. I would either do one of two things. Go into this cruise with the preset notion that you will lose the room. This way, if it doesn't happen then YIPPEE. Or if getting switched rooms is going to make you completely lose your stuff and and ruin your cruise, I would cancel and find a different vacation.

stress and worry is like a glass filled half way with water that you are holding (nope, this is not a 1/2 full 1/2 empty analogy)

 

Hold the glass for a little while and there is not a problem

Hold it for a day and your arms will get tired

Hold if for a week and your arms will feel like dropping off

 

Stress and worry is like that glass... hold it for a little while and then put it down. otherwise that stress and worry is going to get very very heavy

Op----Can they bump you? As others have said, yes they can.

 

Will they bump you? Highly unlikely.

 

I wouldn't stay up nights worrying about it any more than I would worry about them canceling the entire cruise. They could do it, they have done it, they will do it again, but unlikely it will be your cruise.

 

I am just curious on what you base "highly unlikely" on? The only carnival cruise that I has an assigned room on, i got bumped.

I'd think the only time you would be bumped is if you used the More the Merrier sale. That is definitely for fill the cabin.
