- walk the outside promenade deck

- take a soak in the huge spa in the fitness center

- have a drink with the fantastic view in the Viking Lounge/Dizzy's

- have a drink at the tables outside the pub on the promenade and crowd watch

If I recall correctly it is about 30 ft. on the Voyager class ships. You are about 200 ft. above the ocean at the top of it. It is FUN!:)

Since you are leaving in January, go to the Viking Crown Lounge for sail away. Go right up after the muster drill so you can get a seat. And make sure you use the Aft elevators to get there.

 

Also, maybe go to Portofino one night for dinner and have plenty of late night snacks at Cafe Promenade.

Enjoy Explorer, she is one of our favorite ships and will be missed when she leaves Bayonne for good :(

Quest is a lot of adult fun. Love and Marriage always a riot (but not RCI specific). We liked the silent party. It's actually more fun to watch than participate! Helipad great for sailaways!

Silent Party is in the nightclub where the music is via headphones. Each person can choose one of two channels, each having different music. Very amusing to watch the dancing and singing.

Yes. The times vary according to itinerary and sea conditions, actually. Check the printed Cruise Compass daily for details.

Here is my six year old well on his way to ringing the bell at the top of the wall. I only made it half way up before my nerves got the better of me.
