Does anyone have the information to reach the casino to see if someone sailing has any comps coming their way?

thank you in advance.

Can you lets us know if you get a response? And if so what email address did you use? I have been trying to get a hold if someone to find out the same info but never heard back.

Thanks

As soon as you put your card into a slot machine and set up a PIN, you automatically become a Players Club member. I'm not sure how you set up an account by playing the tables.

You ask one of the casino hosts to rate your game for table games. Never play without being rated otherwise you can't get full credit for your play. It is also good to ask the casino host what kind of play they expect to see from you to get the comps you want - such as a free specialty restaurant, a free cruise in a inside, free cruise in a balcony, free cruise in a suite and so forth. Table games - especially blackjack are the easiest way to earn comps with the least loss possible if you understand how to play perfect Blackjack games. You can play for hours and only lose a modest amount - maybe $250 for the whole cruise. Be sure to check with the casino host towards the end of your cruise to see if you have earned anything such as a free dinner in the specialty restaurant or free drinks. If you play enough, you may rate a free cruise. Understand it is all about money through and if you do get a cruise for "free" you are expected to hit the casino again and play on that cruise up to expectations as well. Never abuse your casino host's generosity. Quid pro quo is the rule.

There is a great book called "Comp City" which explains how casinos rate players.

Thanks so much! I sent my info to the email you listed above and got my (favorable) response a day later. This is the best part of CC - when we share info to help the next person. Much appreciated!

Just got my response back stating I don't have any pre boarding comps but to check in with the casino host.

Don't think I will be doing that. I feel a little funny doing that.

If you play enough the casino host will seek you out. That is what always happens to me.

Not always.

I got a comp from the Breeze for a free cruise. Was sent to my room - 2 nights before cruise ended. Got a free drinks letter in my cabin when I boarded but when I went to claim it - every one was getting theirs - and the cashiers were filling them out.

So not one of the hosts - ever spoke to me. In fact they talked to 2 gals on the isle very close to me.

I have found that I can't call the casino group any longer as all calls are answered by a machine. They expect all requests/inquiries to be emailed. I usually get an answer the same day or the next day.

Suite Traveler,

I have never lost only $250 for the whole cruise. I hope that is what happens on my next cruise!
