Where can you see the ocean on the Navigator OTS?

Total newbie question here. I've watched hours of youtube videos and I love the beauty and ambiance of Royal Caribbean's ships, but it does seem a lot like a nice mall. Where can we see views of the ocean? Is there outdoor dining anywhere, or a pretty deck to stroll?

Decks 4, 11, and 12 are outside decks.

 

Viking Crown Lounge (deck 14) has outside views.

 

Windjammer (buffet, deck 11) has outside views.

 

Tables around the outside of the main dining room have outside views.

 

No outdoor dining, except if you take your food from Windjammer to the pool area on deck 11. A few tables there.

I forgot to mention that the fitness center also has great views to the outside.

Izumi and Giovannis Table also have good ocean views. One comment though. If you are dining after dark you could be seated at a great ocean overlook table but you can't really see a lot of Ocean. Lunch time has a better view...

You can walk all around the ship outside on deck4 as well.

Any balcony room, especially aft balcony rooms have a great view of the ocean! I love room service breakfast out there or a nightcap!

This might be my favourite spot on the ship. There are a few loungers there but very few people. You can look over the railing and feel the spray of the ocean.I believe that is where the shuffle board is. Very peaceful a lot of the time

The Navigator is a fine ship and you will have plenty of places to see and feel the ocean. And if you get a balcony as we always do, all the better.

The schooner bar has outside views. Right in the middle of a trivia contest, we looked up and Stromboli was perfectly framed in the window - smoking away. Very cool.

We always have a balcony cabin, but Deck 4 is my favorite place to look at the ocean. Take one walk on Deck 4 and you'll know why. I love it.

We booked a balcony cabin on deck 12 close to the fitness center. Hoping we made a good choice.
