Saphire Posted February 10, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 10, 2015 We just booked our March cruise five days ago. Today I saw the cabins at the same price, but HAL is offering onboard credit of $50 pp. Is it worth a call to ask if we can take advantage of that? Thanks. Rare Crew News Posted February 10, 2015 #2 Share Posted February 10, 2015 (edited) We just booked our March cruise five days ago. We have received OBC up to the week before we boarded when prices dropped. Edited February 10, 2015 by Crew News

cruz chic Posted February 10, 2015 #9 Share Posted February 10, 2015 Thanks, everyone! I sent an email off to our PCC this evening, and will let you know the result tomorrow. I've done the same thing. The price of my cruise has gone up but there is no harm in asking anyway.

Jade13 Posted February 10, 2015 #11 Share Posted February 10, 2015 (edited) It might be an outside agent OBC. Right now those agents who are part of Essemble are adding either $50.00 or $75.00 cabin credit. This would be in addition to HAL's current promo with category upgrades, 3rd/4th passenger, as well as lower deposits and $300.00 OBC and wine package and drink cards for Suites. Saphire Posted February 11, 2015 Author #12 Share Posted February 11, 2015 Because we took advantage of "special pricing", (the reduction seen after logging in), we cannot also receive OBC. So no double dipping. The savings are identical, so we will keep our booking as is. Thanks again, as you said it was worth asking. :)
