This same message was posted on the Seabourn board and corrected there. Included excursions are only for selected Med cruises, and are only the "drive by" type.

 

Agree. We looked at what it would mean for our already booked Med cruise, actually a back-to-back, and quickly passed on paying the quoted additional we'd have to pay. Didn't take much analysis to determine it would have cost us way more to pay for the "upgrade" than we would have gained.

This post says it all. You have to pay an additional amount for the so called "included" excursions. This comes under the same heading as 241 cruise fares!
