Bizmark'sMom Posted July 31, 2015 #26 Share Posted July 31, 2015 Would you find these with the Dramamine or some other section of the store? and they last the whole trip? Yep, they are with the dramamine. Mine have gone through 3 cruises and are still holding up fine.
Husky61 Posted July 31, 2015 #27 Share Posted July 31, 2015 As a first time cruiser next week, should I pack something for seasickness as a 'just-in-case' ? I have never gotten seasick before on any boat (small personal boats). Has anyone experienced seasickness only on large cruise ships and not other boats? Does Dramamine work for everyone or is there any other recommendations? Thanks! Personally I would check with your physician and confirm that whatever you take for sea sickness doesn't have a reaction with your other prescription medicine, if you take other medicine. tracy8228 Posted August 1, 2015 #28 Share Posted August 1, 2015 What about issues with dizziness and equilibrium? We have gone on one cruise and I took Bonine. Never got nauseous but my head was swimming most of the cruise and for two weeks after we got home I felt like I was rocking. Any remedies for that? Thanks in advance. FlCatLover Posted August 5, 2015 #29 Share Posted August 5, 2015 I take the ginger capsules. Just pull it apart and dump the contents into a travel mug. Fill with hot water in the buffet and stroll around with the most wonderful ginger tea.
