I was torn between a Havana balcony on the Vista or Cove on the Breeze. The Breeze cruise cost much less and is a day longer so I went with that. And there was a Past Guest Rate available that I didn't see yesterday so I saved $40- first price drop at 764 days out. :D

i was happy to see that too. looking at oct 2017 for family cruise but wasnt able to get prices so was looking at 2016 to get approx. then this weekend was looking at cruises again and BINGO hahaha. nice to see as we need to book in advance, but sucks too as my 2nd job i cant take 2 sundays in the same pay period off lol

What a nice surprise I found when looking at the Carnival website this morning.

 

I put a 48 hour hold on a January 2018 cruise on the Breeze at an amazing price. Now to tell my wife....

 

you got a 48 hr hold? wow.. i did that this weekend (first time for a hold) and it only gave me 24 hrs.. lol.
