I was on Dec 20th Dawn cruise and I just looked at my dailies...same times as NLH Arizona said, 5:30, 7:15, and 9:00. It is also not listed as an option on Day 6 for some reason, but is offered all the other days, including Embarkation.

I had recently called the Concierge and asked about the Teppenyaki reservations. She did tell me I had to wait until we were on board but never said anything about it not being able to book on day 6. That is the day I specifically asked about. I guess I'll find out in 13 day!

I booked on the sixth day of my seven day cruise.

I booked the Teppanyaki 100 days in advance for the 5:30 time frame. I don't know if I was able to book it because I'm in a suite, I know the 100 days was because of a suite.

Were you on the Dawn? Was it recently? I was also in a suite, but because of the limited amount of seats on some ships, reservations couldn't be made in advance.

I think the only ships you're unable to pre-reserve at Teppanyaki are the Dawn, Star and Sun. All others offer the pre-reservation option.

We sailed on the Star in Sept. and I was able to book Tepp. 90 days out, however, late in August the reservations disappeared and when I called my PCC he said they'd stopped allowing the reservations pre cruise just for Tepp.

It was no problem getting a reservation once onboard though.

Enjoy your cruises.
