Dressing up the ship for Embarkation

I got to wondering and just checked the pictures from March. She's naked then, too.

 

Neither March nor December embarkation were windy or wet. In fact, March had us roasting at over 100 degrees.

On my last 3 or 4 sailings going back 3 years none of the ships were "dressed" for sailing day. In fact I'm trying to remember when the last time was that I saw the ship "dressed", it may be more than 3 years. Unfortunate if it's being abandoned, it sets a nice tone for departure day, and a nice photo-op.
