Just returned 1/24/16 from Star cruise. Overheard staff saying that recent GUEST SATISFACTION SURVEY voted the Star number one number 1 in the fleet for SERVICE AND ENTERTAINMENT.

I'm surprised, I had a great time on the star recently and for the most part had good service however I had a couple horrible. To the point I complained for the first time ever.

They rank each ship each week, it could change week to week.

Seems strange since the guest entertainers rotate all around the fleet and other companies as well. The stage shows are pretty much the same on all Jewel/Dawn class ships. The service part is easy to understand. The entertainment part is probably just statistical variance.
