Just got off the ship this morning.

Mattress pad filthy- disgusting - urine and blood stains plus hair!unacceptable!the shower grout slimy and discoloured.

We changed rooms

Aqua class --great food.

Very good entertainment .

All good once I was in a clean room.

Do you mind telling us what the room number was of the initial room you had?

We are sailing on the Connie for two weeks in April...

I think it was 7072- but it's probably the cleanest room on the ship now.

They changed all the linens, and scrubbed the grimy, discoloured grout in the shower.

Just check under the sheets and in the shower before you unpack.

We will be on the eclipse on March 6 th and it will be the first thing I do!

We enjoyed the cruise and ship after that problem was resolved!

We have been on the Millennium and enjoyed that ship very much. This will be a two week cruise (13 days) and I really hope the room is clean.

We chose a room on the third floor for motion sickness issues. :)

Inspect it well, the telephone and flat surfaces should be dust free, if they were cleaned a few hours before you entered. The staff is very quick to clean it to your standards.

Are you in aqua class?

We really enjoyed the food and ambiance.
