The beer lists (both draft & can/bottle) are identical to the list from our cruise on Escape Dec. 12-19. Great list, and beer was always ICE cold! So envious of your trip! Its bringing back great memories...especially the food porn you are posting from Food Republic! LOL! Hope you all continue to enjoy yourselves! Will continue to follow your posts this week! Its the next best thing to being there!

We just DESTROYED Food Republic. A few service glitches to discuss later... but the food was fantastic. I'm on Day 3, and already I can't wait for a return trip on this ship.

Well, this will be interesting. My girl just bailed on me, so I'm heading to headliners to meet my parents for a comedy show. Not really sure about their sense of humor, have probably never been in a comedy club in their life...

Dean Edwards - from SNL, just killed it at headliners. It's his second week on the ship.

 

To the JACKARSE behind me that thought HE was the headliner... you're not. Shut the hell up. You are not funny.

 

 

My mom loved the show... was excited that our reservations Thursday night are for Dean as well.

Alright... let's talk Beau. From my understanding, he'd normally be playing until 1am at the brew house. There was a noise complaint the first night, and in response to the complaint, he's now only playing 9-11, instead of 9-1am, for the rest of the week. NCL really needs to figure out how to handle late nights at the brew house other than cutting entertainment hours short for any given cruise.

Question about The District...while I'm a beer guy, the folks I'm traveling with this summer usually drink only mixed drinks. Is The District only a beer joint or can you get, as they say, liquor by the glass?

They have "handcrafted cocktails from Bar Lab's James Beard Award-nominated mixologists Gabriel Orta and Elad Zvi" created just for The District. I tried them all and they are outstanding!
