OneParticularHarbour 71 Posted March 6, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2016 (edited) If I purchase an onboard credit certificate through the ncl site, can it be used toward the daily service charges? I think I read somewhere that OBC from travel agents cannot be used this way, but wasn't sure if that applied to obc that I purchase myself. But you could also simply prepay the DSC through the NCL site and that way you wouldn't have to worry about it.
Rare BirdTravels Posted March 6, 2016 #3 Share Posted March 6, 2016 Refundable OBC can be used for DEC.
casofilia Posted March 6, 2016 #4 Share Posted March 6, 2016 If you prepay the DSC it might be cheaper than paying on board. If you booked your cruise before the last time the DSC was increased you will only pay the earlier daily cost. Check with NCL or look in "My NCL" to check the rate. bluefish17 Posted March 6, 2016 #5 Share Posted March 6, 2016 I think the idea is to use the Amex card offer and pay .80 on the dollar for a $500 obc certificate. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
