Upsell Fairy Visited Now Suite Question

Got the call Tuesday. Up sold from mini-suite to 2-bedroom suite. It has been several years since we sailed in a suite. What has changed with amenities. Noticed new bag tags do not show "suite" or "priority", nor does the new boarding document. Do non haven suite guests check in the "lounge area"? Also, is breakfast/lunch at Cagney for all suites or haven guests only? We really enjoyed Cagney's, it was our favorite perk. We will be on the Pearl departing next Monday, Panama Canal. Super excited! Thank you.

Congratulations on the upsell!! I am excited for you! Panama Canal cruise is our absolute favorite cruise.

 

All full suites get priority check-in lines, the VIP lounge and breakfast and lunch in Cagney's, so you're in! Have a wonderful time!

Use the Havens / Suites check in desk

 

Cagney's for breakfast and lunch.

 

Butler and Concierge service (don't forget to bring cash to tip your Butler and Concierge).

 

Have a great cruise!

 

You don't need cash, you can charge it to your account, you just tell guest services who you want to tip and how much and they give you a voucher you can hand to the concierge/butler.

You can definitely do that but any service staff would prefer to have cold, hard cash they can spend. If you add it to your on board account, it gets distributed on their pay check so there is certainly some lag time between when it is given and received.
