Which decks get lower zone numbers for debarkation?

Is there a rhyme or reason to this? Does anyone know if there's a pattern or a general rule I could follow to get a lower number. I also wonder if room category, or position forward, midship or aft plays a part as well as what deck. (Not interested in self-assist.)

On the West Coast cruises

Diamonds and Platinums get #1

FTTF get #2

The higher decks get the lower numbers. The lower decks get the higher numbers.

I don't think the zone numbers for debarkation are given based on where your cabin is on the ship. They are given based on the time of your departing flight. For example, those with a departing flight time of 11:30 a.m. will have a lower zone number than those with a flight time of 1:30 p.m. Self debarkation is done first, with no zone number required. And, if you need a different zone number (either lower or higher), either talk to your cabin steward or go to Guest Services.

Last week getting off the Triumph, our deck 2 was given a Zone 4 departure. We had to leave earlier because of transportation so we got off as soon as they started calling for Zone 1. No one said a word and we were able to make our flight.
