Looking for something special to do on the Harmony

Hello,

 

They'll be 15 us us on the Harmony which sails on 1/14/17. My kids who are in their 20's my parents\in-laws in there 70's and us who are in our 40's and some cousins.

 

We've already booked some cabanas on Labadee and a few specialty dinners.

 

I never know how many times this group will be able to cruise together so I'm looking for special things to do on board the ship.

 

Any ideas?

Book the Escape Room. It should open up 2 weeks before your cruise. Teams of 12 or less work together to Escape the room in 1 hour. Fun for all ages.

Escape room sounds cool. How do you book it? We're a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Would we be on our own or put with another group? Thanks.

You can book it online about 2 weeks before the cruise or as soon as you get on the ship. It's very popular so it's best to do it early. You pick your date and time. Maximum is 12 to a group so you may want to split up and have them add the extras to your groups. Make it a competition.

I don't think they allow you to book it online anymore?

We were able to book it for the Anthem in May and the Harmony last month, on line, but only at the 2 week mark. Of course, things may have changed.

We did the all access tour - not cheap but very interesting and gives you a unique perspective of the working of the ship. Included laundry,control room,theatre,bridge,galley tour.

We're planning on the escape room as soon as it opens online. I'll have to look into the all access tour.

You CAN NOT prebook the Rubicon (Escape Room). It is booked onboard the ship and is $8.99 per person.

Also, not sure how old your kids are, but no one under the age of 14 is allowed to do the Escape Room......

Actually we're all adults so the 14 year old age requirement won't affect us.

 

As far as having to book on board and the cost being $8.99 is that something new? I didn't think there was a charge for this.

There are charges for many things here! A bit disappointed in that but hasn't really impacted our trip. We're having a great time and actually joking about all the things RC can figure out to "upcharge" Passengers for! LOL.

Following along. We also have a large family group going on the Harmony. 5 are 8-11, 6 are 12-20, 12 are 35-65 and 4 over 65.
